Los Angeles City College Foundation Scholarships
Los Angeles City College Foundation provides scholarships and opportunities to LACC students so that they continue to excel in their educational careers. All scholarships and opportunities are provided by the generosity of independent donors, LACC alumni and the campus community (and therefore vary in amounts, due dates and eligibility requirements).
To consolidate the application process and to match students with more opportunities, the Foundation has moved to an online application process.
Textbook Voucher:
Textbooks and supplies funding has been centralized at City Cares Network. To apply for support, students will complete the Specialized Academic Program: Textbook and Material Support Form.
For all other resources and support, students can submit an online Resource Request Form.

First Time Users: You will be asked to create an account in order to access the scholarship application. When creating your user name and password, use something that you will be able to remember for future log-ins. You may wish to save your user name and password in a secure location for future reference. When selecting a password, please note that your password must be eight characters long and contain characters from three of the following four groups:
- Lower case letters (a,b,c)
- Upper case letters (A,B,C)
- Numeric (1,2,3)
- Alphanumeric characters or symbols (@, $, &)
